Family Nutrition

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), my holistic approach to family nutrition allows each family's unique relationship with food and cultural background to be honored. I'm passionate about providing nutrition education that considers not just physical health but also emotional, social, and environmental well-being.  I also have a keen interest in culinary medicine, and offer lots of options to help you become a confident home cook. For postpartum individuals, I offer personalized nutrition plans to support recovery in those crucial first six weeks and beyond. As your family grows, I'm here with evidence-based guidance on balanced diets, intuitive eating, meal planning, and education to ensure each meal is nourishing and joyful.
